What data I hold

When you make an appointment with me, I will record in my calendar your child’s name, their level of study, the fee arranged and your contact details.  This allow me to keep track of my appointments and my finances.

Who I share your data with

I do not share your data with anyone else.

How long I retain your data

Details of your appointments remain in my calendar for a period of time for accounting purposes.  I may also retain your contact details so that I can request a reference from you in the future.

What rights you have over your data

You can ask for a list of the tuition sessions I have on record at any time and can request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I require to keep for accounting purposes (pupil name and details of appointments).
